We accept returns and exchanges of items purchased on shopthechosenbrand.com if they are requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with the original tag attached.
All Domestic orders can be returned within 7 days from the original delivery date for a refund or store credit.
Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $7 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Products marked final sale can not be returned
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
Return Process
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
Where returns are processed for store credit, a The Chosen Brand gift card will be issued once your return order is in transit back to us, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.
